Puppy Deposit Agreement Sample

Description of the Puppy:

Deposit and Payment Terms:
The buyer agrees to pay a deposit of $________ upon signing this contract. This deposit will be credited towards the full purchase price of $________. The balance shall be paid in full by __________________.
Conditions of Deposit:
This deposit is non-refundable unless the seller is unable to deliver the puppy as agreed. The deposit will secure the puppy and remove it from further availability.
