Pet Addendum to Lease Agreement Example

Parties Involved:

Landlord: Emily Johnson

Tenant: Michael Williams

Description of the Property:

The rental property located at 789 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including all common areas, is subject to this Pet Addendum.

Pet Description:

The Tenant shall be permitted to keep one dog, breed: Labrador Retriever, weight: 70 pounds, and age: 3 years.

Pet Responsibilities and Restrictions:
