Description of Services:

The service provider agrees to perform regular pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing at the client’s property located at the address specified above. Services include skimming, brushing, filter cleaning, and chemical adjustments.

Service Period and Payment Terms:

The service will commence on ____________ and continue until ____________, with sessions scheduled weekly. The client agrees to pay $150 per week, payable in advance by check, credit card, or other mutually agreed methods.
