Description of the Property:
The premises subject to this addendum includes the apartment located at 789 Maple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015, currently leased to the existing tenant, with the addition of the new tenant as specified herein.
Amendment to Lease Terms:
The existing lease agreement between the landlord and the existing tenant is hereby amended to include the additional tenant, Sarah Martinez, effective as of __________________. All terms and conditions of the original lease shall remain in full force and effect, with the exception of the parties clause and any provisions specifically modified herein.
Additional Security Deposit:
