Description of the Trust Property:

The property transferred into this living trust includes the real estate located at 789 Oak Lane, Dallas, TX 75201, along with any associated fixtures, furnishings, and investments as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Trust Creation and Management:

The Grantor hereby establishes this Living Trust under Texas law, appoints the Trustee to manage the Trust assets in accordance with this document, and specifies the distribution terms upon the Grantor’s incapacity or death.

Beneficiaries:
