Description of the Property:

Loan Details:

Trustor agrees to borrow the sum of $200,000, with an interest rate of 4.5% per annum. The loan shall be repaid over a period of 15 years, with payments due monthly beginning on __________________ and continuing until fully amortized.

Security:
