Description of the Property:

The property subject to this agreement is a residential unit located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including any fixtures, appliances, and shared amenities as per the original lease.

Original Lease and Extension:

This addendum supplements the existing lease agreement dated __________________ between the Parties and extends the lease term accordingly.

Extended Lease Term and Rent:
