Description of the Property:
The property subject to this contract is located at 789 Maple Street, Columbus, OH 43215, including all improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances thereto.
Purchase Price and Payment Terms:
The total purchase price shall be $50,000. Buyer agrees to pay $5,000 upon signing this contract as earnest money, with the remaining balance payable in monthly installments of $1,000 over 45 months, commencing on ____________, ending on ____________.
Title and Possession:
Seller agrees to convey marketable title free of encumbrances upon full payment. Possession of the property shall transfer to Buyer upon execution of this agreement and receipt of the initial payment.
Seller’s Obligations:
Seller warrants that the property is free from liens and encumbrances at closing and shall provide necessary documents to transfer title upon full payment.
Buyer’s Obligations:
