Grantee: Bob Williams

Description of the Property:
The real estate situated at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, Illinois, legally described as Lot 12, Block B, Springfield Subdivision, together with all improvements, rights, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining.
Warranty and Covenants:
The Grantor warrants that they hold good and marketable title to the described property, free from all encumbrances, except as noted herein. The Grantor covenants to defend the title against all lawful claims and to warrant and forever defend the grantee’s title thereto against all lawful claims.
Consideration:
This transfer is made for the sum of $50,000, paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, receipt of which is acknowledged by the Grantor.
