Description of the Warehouse:

The premises consist of a warehouse located at 789 Industrial Road, Chicago, IL 60601, including any fixtures, equipment, and shared facilities designated for storage and logistical operations.

Lease Term and Rent:

The lease shall commence on __________________ and continue until __________________. The Lessee shall pay a monthly rent of $5,000, payable on the first day of each month via check, wire transfer, or other approved payment method.

Security Deposit:
