Description of Storage Unit:

The storage unit located at 789 Storage Lane, Los Angeles, CA 90001, measuring 10×10 feet, designated for storing personal property of the customer, including any equipment or accessories provided by the storage provider.

Term and Payment:

The agreement shall commence on __________________ and shall continue until __________________. The customer agrees to pay a monthly fee of $150, payable in advance on the first day of each month via accepted payment methods.

Security Deposit:
