Declaration of Testator:

I, Robert A. Johnson, residing at 789 Maple Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43215, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking all prior wills and codicils.

Family Details:

Spouse: Lisa M. Johnson

Children: Emily Johnson and Michael Johnson

Specific Bequests:

I give and bequeath my house located at 789 Maple Drive, Columbus, Ohio, to my spouse, Lisa M. Johnson.

Residuary Estate:

All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and wherever located, to be divided equally among my children, Emily Johnson and Michael Johnson.

Executor:
