Sample Washington State Last Will and Testament

Parties:

Testator: Alice Johnson
Address: 789 Pine Street, Seattle, WA 98101

Beneficiaries:

• Child 1: Emma Johnson
• Child 2: Michael Johnson

Declaration:

I, Alice Johnson, being of sound mind and legal age, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking any prior wills or codicils.

Executor:

I appoint Robert Smith, residing at 456 Oak Avenue, Seattle, WA 98102, as the Executor of this will. If he is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate Susan Lee as successor.
