Sample New Jersey Last Will and Testament

Testator:

Alex Johnson
Address: 789 Maple Street, Newark, NJ 07102

Executor:

Emily Carter
Address: 456 Oak Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07302

Description of Property and Assets:

The testator’s real estate located at 789 Maple Street, Newark, NJ, along with all personal property, financial accounts, and investments as specified in the attached schedule, shall be distributed according to this will.

Bequests and Beneficiaries:

I bequeath to my daughter, Sarah Johnson, my residence located at 789 Maple Street, Newark, NJ. To my son, Michael Johnson, I leave my savings account at XYZ Bank with account number 123456789. Additional specific bequests are detailed in the attached Schedule A.

Executor:

I hereby nominate and appoint Emily Carter as the Executor of this Will. If she is unable or unwilling to serve, I nominate Robert Lee as successor Executor.
