Description of the Property:

The property involved is a single-family home located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including all fixtures, appliances, and rights pertaining to the property during the lease period.

Agreement Terms:

The agreement commences on __________________ and continues until __________________. The Buyer agrees to pay an initial option fee of $2,000. Monthly rent payments shall be $1,500, due on the first of each month, with a portion credited towards the purchase price as specified herein.

Purchase Price and Credits:
