Description of the Property:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103, including all relevant fixtures and appliances as described in the purchase agreement.
Earnest Money Deposit:
The buyer agrees to deposit an earnest money amount of $5,000 within three (3) business days of mutual execution of this contract. The deposit shall be held in escrow and applied toward the purchase price at closing.
Terms and Conditions:
