Description of the Property:

The property located at 789 Maple Road, Springfield, IL 62704, including all improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances, as described in the attached schedule.

Purchase Price and Payment:

The total purchase price shall be $250,000. The buyer agrees to pay a deposit of $5,000 upon signing this agreement, with the remaining balance payable at closing through an approved method.

Deposit:

A deposit of $5,000 shall be held in escrow and applied toward the purchase price at closing. The deposit is refundable only as provided herein.

Parties’ Obligations:
