Property Description:
The property located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including all fixtures, appliances, and amenities as agreed upon, to be managed by the Property Manager on behalf of the Owner.
Management Terms:
This agreement shall commence on __________________ and continue until terminated by either party with a notice period of __________________. The Property Manager shall oversee rent collection, maintenance coordination, tenant communication, and other responsibilities as specified herein.
Compensation:
The Property Manager shall receive a management fee of __________________% of the monthly rent, payable on the first day of each month. Additional services, if required, shall be billed separately as agreed.
