Purpose:
This NDA is intended to protect confidential information shared between the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party related to potential business collaborations and proprietary data within the state of Texas.
Confidential Information:
All non-public, proprietary, or confidential information disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, whether written, oral, or in any other form, shall be considered confidential and protected under this agreement.
Obligations of the Parties:
