Description of the Property:

The property subject to this agreement is a residential unit located at 789 Broadway, New York, NY 10003, which the Tenant intends to sublease and operate as part of a rental arbitrage scheme. The Tenant shall have access to all common areas and fixtures included in the property.

Lease Term and Rent:
