Personal Property Agreement Sample

Description of Personal Property:

The property subject to this agreement includes a set of household furniture, electronics, and personal belongings currently located at the Lessee’s residence, detailed in Schedule A attached herein.

Terms of Use and Maintenance:

The Lessee agrees to use the personal property solely for residential purposes and to maintain it in good condition throughout the term. The Lessee shall not alter or modify the property without prior written consent of the Owner.

Duration:

This agreement shall commence on __________________ and remain effective until __________________, unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with this agreement.

Security and Condition:
