Parties Involved:
Disclosing Party: ABC Corporation

Purpose of Disclosure:
The Disclosing Party intends to share confidential information with the Receiving Party for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship related to project collaborations.
Confidential Information:
Confidential information includes any non-public, proprietary, or confidential data, documents, or intellectual property disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party, whether orally or in writing.
Obligations of the Parties:
The Receiving Party shall maintain the confidentiality of all disclosed information and shall not disclose, copy, or use the information for any purpose other than the stated purpose without prior written consent from the Disclosing Party.
Term:
