Description of the Property:

The premises consist of a single-family residence located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, MO 65807, including the right to use common areas and fixtures provided by the landlord.

Lease Term and Rent:

The lease shall commence on __________________ and terminate on __________________. Monthly rent is set at $900, payable in advance on the first day of each month via check, electronic transfer, or other approved methods.

Security Deposit:
