Description of the Horse:
The leased horse is a 10-year-old Arabian gelding named “Lightning,” with breed registration number 123456789, currently standing at Springfield Equine Center.
Lease Term and Payment:
The lease shall commence on __________________ and shall continue until __________________. The Lessee agrees to pay a monthly fee of $350, payable on the first day of each month via check or electronic transfer.
Security Deposit:
The Lessee shall provide a security deposit of $350 upon signing this agreement. The deposit shall be held according to state laws and refunded within the legally prescribed period after the end of the lease, minus any deductions for damages or unpaid fees.
