Description of the Easement:

The Grantor grants the Grantee a non-exclusive easement over a specified portion of the property located at 789 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62704, for the purpose of installing, maintaining, and repairing utilities and access roads.

Easement Terms:

This easement shall commence on __________________ and shall remain in effect until terminated by mutual written agreement or as otherwise provided herein. The Grantee shall use the easement solely for the purposes specified and shall not interfere with the Grantor’s use of the remaining property.

Obligations of the Parties:
