As Is Purchase Agreement Example

Parties Involved:

Seller: Alex Johnson

Buyer: Taylor Lee

Description of the Property:

The property being sold is a residential house located at 789 Maple Street, Springfield, IL 62704, including all attached fixtures and appliances currently in place, sold in its current “as-is” condition.

Purchase Price and Payment Terms:

The total purchase price shall be $250,000. The Buyer shall pay the earnest money deposit of $5,000 upon signing this agreement. The balance shall be paid at closing through wire transfer or other mutually agreed method.

Condition of the Property:
