Recitals:

This instrument is made to convey the real estate described herein from the Grantor to the Grantee, with warranties limited to those described below, and is intended to conform with applicable laws governing special warranty deeds.

Property Description:

The property located at 789 Oak Street, Springfield, IL 62704, legally described as Lot 15, Block 3 of the Springfield Subdivision, along with all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto.

Grant and Conveyance:
