Description of the Property:
The property subject to this sale is a detached house located at 78 Sunshine Road, Brisbane QLD 4000, including all fixtures, fittings, and appliances as specified in the attached schedule.
Sale Price and Settlement:
The total sale price is $550,000. Settlement shall occur on ____________________, with the Buyer paying the full amount via bank transfer or other agreed method by that date.
Deposit:
The Buyer shall pay a deposit of $55,000 upon signing this contract. The deposit will be held in trust and applied towards the purchase price at settlement.
