California Real Estate Purchase Agreement Example

Buyer: Bob Martinez

Description of the Property:

The property located at 789 Oak Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001, including all improvements, fixtures, and appurtenances thereto, as detailed in the property description attached hereto.

Purchase Price and Payment Terms:

The total purchase price shall be $850,000, payable as follows: an earnest deposit of $20,000 upon execution of this agreement, with the balance of $830,000 to be paid at closing by wire transfer or other approved method.

Contingencies:
